Fantastic Stay in the City Center

This place boasts a SUPER central location. The staff were always ready to help and gave clear metro directions. I found several affordable restaurants nearby. I really appreciated that the room had everything I needed, including a large bed and a sizable bathroom.

My double room included both stairs and a lift for accessibility. This was very practical. I didn't see it immediately, but you can request a kettle and iron from reception, a nice bonus. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also quite tidy, which I value.

The hotel's location proved ideal. Several stores, coffee shops, and restaurants surround the building, ensuring that necessities are always within reach. It allowed me to explore numerous sites on foot, thanks to its proximity to key attractions.

great central location!
central spot friendly staff warm shower natural lighting
the hotel is in a super central spot! it is close to tourist spots, so i didn't need transportation to the city center daily! the staff is friendly, and the 24-hour reception was great. the room was good for the price!! the location is awesome and right in front of a peaceful square. the bathroom looked new with nice tiles, a mirror with light, and a warm shower that has strong jets! the bed was comfortable for sleeping. they have a table and nightstand. the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. the tv service was great for kids! the bedroom and bathroom are really spacious. i could get an iron from reception, too! the room was large. the bathroom was new! i had a front view with good natural lighting. also, the room was very clean.
The wifi was unstable with limited speed. Video calls were difficult.

the hotel is located in a central area close to many tourist attractions! there are also metro and bus stations nearby, so it is very accessible. it is also close to a peaceful square.

good location reception staff firm bed broken tv old towels mould smell
The location was advantageous and I found it reasonably priced. The reception staff helped me with directions. The bed in my room was quite firm. I would stay there again.
The TV did not function. The towels seemed very old to me. The shower head was broken and was not attached to the wall. The bathroom smelled somewhat of mould.

Fantastic Location, Friendly Service!
early breakfast room choice excellent location
The staff was very helpful. They provided an early breakfast before my early departure. They also booked taxis for me! I was offered a choice of rooms and the location is excellent for shopping. I would definitely return.
The sounds of cars outside were noticeable even with the window closed. Loud conversations and shouting outside were also a bit disruptive early in the morning.

The hotel is very close to attractions. It is within walking distance of the main square. The area not sketchy at all. The location is also a short walk from the center of things.

I had an early breakfast before leaving for the Eurostar, this was helpful. I didn't have the hotel breakfast otherwise, so I can't comment further! I am very thankful.

the location was good. it was very close to the city center, i liked that. plenty of restaurants and shops was near. the staff was friendly.
my tv didnt work. i could heard lots of noise from other rooms. the towels was very old.
