This place boasts a SUPER central location. The staff were always ready to help and gave clear metro directions. I found several affordable restaurants nearby. I really appreciated that the room had everything I needed, including a large bed and a sizable bathroom.

the hotel is in a super central spot! it is close to tourist spots, so i didn't need transportation to the city center daily! the staff is friendly, and the 24-hour reception was great. the room was good for the price!! the location is awesome and right in front of a peaceful square. the bathroom looked new with nice tiles, a mirror with light, and a warm shower that has strong jets! the bed was comfortable for sleeping. they have a table and nightstand. the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. the tv service was great for kids! the bedroom and bathroom are really spacious. i could get an iron from reception, too! the room was large. the bathroom was new! i had a front view with good natural lighting. also, the room was very clean.

The wifi was unstable with limited speed. Video calls were difficult.

The location was advantageous and I found it reasonably priced. The reception staff helped me with directions. The bed in my room was quite firm. I would stay there again.

The TV did not function. The towels seemed very old to me. The shower head was broken and was not attached to the wall. The bathroom smelled somewhat of mould.

The staff was helpful. and I could leave my luggage while exploring the city. all good.

The room had very thin walls. I could hear every noise from the rooms next to mine. Cleanliness needs improvement. There weren't enough furnishings or hangers to organize my things. That was inconvenient.

The staff was very helpful. They provided an early breakfast before my early departure. They also booked taxis for me! I was offered a choice of rooms and the location is excellent for shopping. I would definitely return.

The sounds of cars outside were noticeable even with the window closed. Loud conversations and shouting outside were also a bit disruptive early in the morning.
